롤리모 이용약관 / Terms of Use

롤리모는 슬로우 터틀(대표 최문준, 대한민국)이 제공하는 사진 촬영·편집 서비스입니다. 이 약관은 iOS·Android 앱 및 관련 구독에 적용됩니다. 이용 전 약관을 확인하세요. 개인정보처리방침은 데이터 처리에 관한 별도 고지이며, 이 약관에 동의한다고 선택적 분석에 동의하는 것은 아닙니다.

거주지 법에 따라 계약을 체결할 수 있어야 하며, 필요한 경우 보호자 동의를 받아야 합니다. 미성년자의 구매에는 스토어의 보호자 승인과 관련 법이 적용됩니다. 분석 참여는 만 16세 이상에 한하며 분석을 거절해도 무료 기능과 구매 기능 이용에 불이익이 없습니다.

앱을 적법한 개인·상업적 사진 작업에 사용할 수 있는 비독점적·양도 불가능한 이용권을 제공합니다. 사진과 편집 결과의 권리는 이용자 또는 원 권리자에게 남습니다. 이용자는 사진을 처리할 권한과 필요한 인물·저작권 동의를 확보해야 합니다. 앱·필터 파일 자체를 재판매하거나 권한 검사를 부정하게 우회할 수 없습니다. 법에서 허용하는 상호운용성·분석 권리는 제한하지 않습니다.

Original과 무료 룩은 구독 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. Plus의 제공 룩·기능은 구매 화면에 표시합니다. 유료 룩을 미리 본 것만으로 결제되지 않습니다. 구독 만료 후에도 원본과 이미 저장된 결과는 이용자에게 남으며 새 유료 결과 생성에는 활성 권한이 필요할 수 있습니다. 추가 룩의 특정 개수나 출시 주기는 약속하지 않습니다.

월간 또는 연간 상품 중 구매 화면에 표시된 상품을 선택합니다. 통화·총 청구액·청구 주기·적용 세금·혜택은 스토어 구매 확인 화면을 확인하세요. 연간 금액은 월별 결제가 아니라 연간 선결제입니다. 구독은 갱신 전에 스토어에서 취소하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다. 무료 체험은 별도로 명시되고 이용 자격이 확인될 때만 제공됩니다. 결제는 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하며 롤리모는 카드 번호를 받지 않습니다.

앱 삭제나 분석 동의 철회는 구독을 해지하지 않습니다. 구매한 스토어의 구독 관리에서 해지하세요. 통상 해지는 다음 갱신을 중단하며 남은 결제 기간은 유지됩니다. 환불은 해당 스토어에 신청하고 해결되지 않으면 지원팀에 연락하세요. 한국의 청약철회, EEA·영국의 철회·디지털 콘텐츠 적합성 권리, 호주 등의 법정 보장과 기타 강행적 소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 디지털 공급 개시만으로 일괄적으로 철회권을 포기한 것으로 취급하지 않으며 필요한 별도 동의·확인은 구매 절차에서 받아야 합니다.

구매한 스토어의 동일한 계정으로 구매 복원을 이용하세요. 롤리모 로그인은 필요하지 않습니다. App Store와 Google Play 사이의 구독 공유·이전은 제공하지 않습니다. 구매 복원은 구독 권한 복구이며 삭제된 사진·룩 복원은 아닙니다. 사진·작업 기록은 별도로 백업하세요.

사진 편집은 기기에서 처리합니다. 선택적 Google 분석과 구독 이행을 위한 RevenueCat 구매 검증은 서로 다릅니다. Plus 연결 시 필요한 구매 식별자·거래·기기 정보가 처리될 수 있으며 세부 항목·목적·국외 이전·권리 행사 방법은 개인정보처리방침에 설명합니다. 고객 사진을 모델 학습에 이용하지 않습니다.

기기·운영체제·네트워크에 따라 기능이 달라질 수 있습니다. 중요한 유료 기능의 축소, 가격·약관의 불리한 변경은 적용 법과 스토어 절차에 따라 사전 고지하고 필요한 동의와 해지·환불 수단을 제공합니다. 현재 결제 기간의 약속된 권리나 강행법상 구제 수단을 소급 박탈하지 않습니다. 보안 문제나 위법 사용에 필요한 최소 범위로 제한할 수 있으며 가능한 경우 사유와 이의제기 방법을 안내합니다.

합리적인 주의를 기울여 서비스를 제공합니다. 무중단·완전 무결을 보장하지 않으므로 기기 교체·삭제 전 백업을 권장합니다. 이 안내는 당사의 고의·중과실, 법정 품질 보장, 개인정보 책임 또는 법으로 배제할 수 없는 책임을 면제하지 않습니다. 이용자에게 포괄적 면책·일괄 배상 의무를 부과하지 않습니다.

대한민국 법을 기본 준거법으로 하되 거주지의 강행적 소비자 보호와 법정 관할을 박탈하지 않습니다. 분쟁은 아래 연락처로 먼저 알려주세요. 이용자의 감독기관·소비자기관·관할 법원 이용 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 한국어·영어 안내 사이에 차이가 있는 경우 이용자에게 적용되는 강행법을 우선하며, 번역 차이만으로 권리를 축소하지 않습니다.

Apple 플랫폼의 앱 이용권에는 Apple 표준 EULA가 적용됩니다. 이 약관의 서비스·구독 조항은 표준 EULA와 강행법에 반하지 않는 범위에서 추가 적용됩니다. Apple은 롤리모의 지원 제공자가 아니며 앱 관련 문의는 슬로우 터틀에 연락하세요.

ROLIMO is a photo capture and editing service provided by Slow Turtle, represented by Moonjun Choi, in South Korea. These terms cover the iOS and Android apps and related subscriptions. Please review them before use. The privacy notice separately explains data processing; accepting these terms does not consent to optional analytics.

You must have legal capacity under the law where you live or obtain parental or guardian authorization where required. Store parental approval and applicable law govern purchases by minors. Optional analytics is limited to users aged 16 or over; declining analytics does not restrict free features or purchases.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful personal and commercial photo work. Rights in photos and edited results remain with you or the original rights holders. You must have authority to process the content and any necessary subject or copyright permissions. Do not resell the app or filter assets or fraudulently bypass access controls. Rights to interoperability or analysis permitted by mandatory law are unaffected.

Original and free looks remain available without a subscription. The purchase screen describes the looks and features included in Plus. Previewing a paid look does not charge you. Your originals and previously saved results remain yours after expiration; producing new paid-look results may require active access. No particular number or schedule of future looks is promised.

Choose a monthly or annual plan offered on the purchase screen. Check the store confirmation for currency, total charge, billing interval, applicable taxes and offers. An annual plan is billed upfront for the year, not monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store before renewal. A trial is available only when explicitly offered and eligibility is confirmed. Apple or Google processes payment; Rolimo does not receive card numbers.

Deleting the app or withdrawing analytics consent does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in the store where you purchased. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal while access continues for the paid period. Request a refund from that store and contact support if unresolved. Nothing limits mandatory rights, including Korean withdrawal rights, EEA/UK withdrawal and digital-content conformity rights, Australian consumer guarantees or other applicable protections. Starting digital delivery is not treated as a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights; any required separate consent and acknowledgment must be obtained in the purchase process.

Restore purchases using the same account in the store where you bought the subscription. No Rolimo login is required. Subscriptions are not shared or transferred between the App Store and Google Play. Purchase restoration restores access, not deleted photos or looks. Back up photos and editing history separately.

Photo editing happens on device. Optional Google analytics is separate from RevenueCat processing necessary for subscription fulfillment. When Plus is connected, purchase identifiers, transactions and device information may be processed as detailed in the privacy notice, including purposes, international transfers and rights. We do not use customer photos for model training.

Features may vary by device, OS and network. Material reductions in paid functionality, price changes or adverse terms changes require notice and any consent, cancellation and refund options required by law and store procedures. We do not retroactively remove promised rights for the paid period or mandatory remedies. Restrictions for security or unlawful use will be proportionate, with reasons and an appeal route where possible.

We provide the service with reasonable care. Because uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed, back up before deleting the app or changing devices. This does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, statutory quality guarantees, privacy obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket indemnity is imposed on users.

Korean law applies subject to the mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction available where you live. Please contact us about disputes; access to regulators, consumer bodies and competent courts remains available. Mandatory law prevails over differences between Korean and English versions; translation differences do not reduce your rights.

The Apple Standard EULA governs the app license on Apple platforms. These service and subscription terms supplement it only to the extent consistent with that EULA and mandatory law. Apple is not Rolimo’s support provider; contact Slow Turtle for app support.
